I met James Pang, the second generation owner of Yuet Wo sauce factory a few months back. The factory is started by his dad Uncle Pang in 1945, they've moved the factory from its old site at Tsuen Wan to Kwu Tung in the 60s, the 30,000 sq ft site is spectacular. I wanted to visit their retail shop in Tsuen Wan and meet the old man but unfortunately I've learned he has taken ill. I just hope he will recover very soon. Hassel, one of uncle's son looks after the shop and manage its operation with precision. The choices of sauces there are amazing! High quality and ISO certified.
