Liu Ma Kee, hk own 112 year old preserved bean curd shop. They do small production in order to retain the quality of the production, authentic and true to the original taste. Mr Liu is a Martial art fanatic and Mrs Liu spent her time inventing new sauces. The couple are pretty rare in this day and age!
